Custom die-cut and CNC-cut foam

Custom foam inserts built around your product, case, and shipping risk.

Foam Insert Factory supplies custom foam inserts for B2B buyers who need reliable product protection, clean presentation, and repeatable production. We work from drawings, product dimensions, sample layouts, case sizes, or reference photos to design inserts that hold parts securely without making packing slow.

Custom Foam Inserts Manufacturer

Capabilities

  • EVA, PE, PU, EPE, and conductive foam options
  • CNC cutting, die cutting, lamination, routing, and adhesive backing
  • Single-cavity, multi-cavity, layered, and removable plug designs
  • Useful for cases, tool kits, electronics, instruments, samples, and retail packs

What we customize

We can adjust foam thickness, density, color, cavity depth, finger cutouts, layered structure, logo direction, adhesive backing, and packaging layout. A custom foam insert may need to protect one heavy part, organize many small tools, or present a product cleanly when the case is opened.

Best applications

Custom foam inserts are used for protective cases, flight cases, medical instruments, electronic devices, test equipment, sales sample kits, camera gear, drone kits, gun cases where legally applicable, repair tools, and export packaging that needs a cleaner fit than loose foam blocks.

Information needed for a quote

Send the product dimensions, case inner size, quantity, target foam material if known, product weight, required color, and a photo or sketch of the preferred layout. If you are not sure about material, describe whether the priority is shock absorption, appearance, stiffness, anti-static protection, or cost.

Can you make inserts without a 3D file?

Yes. A drawing, dimension sheet, case inner size, and photos are often enough for a first quotation.

What is the usual MOQ?

MOQ depends on material and cutting process. Prototype or small-batch orders are possible for many CNC-cut foam insert projects.

Can the foam be made in black or custom colors?

Black is common for EVA and PE foam. Other colors depend on material, density, and order quantity.
